3. Return Shipping Costs

If you do not qualify for a free return (only Danish orders over 600 DKK are eligible), the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items unless the law states otherwise or if you received a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 1000 DKK to ensure that your return is received.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for your original purchase, and you can place a new order for the desired item, or we can help you to resend the same style in different size.

7. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly marked on the product page. All sales of final sale items are considered final.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
