Delivery Terms for Le Coccuun

These Delivery Terms “Delivery Terms” govern the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Le Coccuun (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, www.lecoccuun.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Delivery Terms.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods for our products, which may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and other delivery options available at checkout. The specific shipping methods available for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within Europe. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses unless specifically stated.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of payment. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends and holidays may be processed the following business day.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
– Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
– Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other logistical issues.

5. Shipping Costs

We offer package delivery from our store via PostNord. Here are our delivery terms:
– Free Delivery: If your order exceeds 600 DKK, delivery will be provided at no extra cost to you.
– Delivery Cost: For orders under 600 DKK, there will be a delivery fee of 60 DKK.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

In the event your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@lecoccuun.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it, which may include resending the order or issuing a refund.

8. Changes to Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed for shipping.

9. International Orders

For any international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Le Coccuun. We recommend checking with local customs officials for more information regarding potential fees.
